TheClark (Mile-End) Bursary Fund is now governed by Rules laid down in a 1974 Scheme (as varied with the consent of the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator in 2013).
The Clark (Mile-End) Bursary Fund typically receives between 300 and 400 applications each year, but only makes between 5 and 10 grants annually. Grants are awarded at the discretion of the Governors of the Fund, and are given to applicants who show the highest levels of attainment in their studies and extracurricular activities, and in their promise for their future careers.
