Edinburgh University is pleased to announce that The Fennell Masters Scholarship is now open.
Two scholarships of £27,700 will be awarded to applicants accepted onto an eligible on campus one year History Masters programme.
The total value of the scholarship is £27,700. This will cover tuition fees and the balance wil be paid as a stipend.
Applicants must be nationals of a country outside the UK and EU and be liable for the overseas rate of tuition fee. Preference may be given to applicants from the United States.
Applicants must have applied for admission on a full-time basis for one of the eligible programmes listed below:
MSc American History
MSc Contemporary History
MSc by Research Economic and Social History
MSc History
MSc by Research History I (Arts Division)
MSc by Research History (Scottish History Division)
MSc Intellectual History
MSc Medieval History
MSc Scottish History
Applicants for the MSc Late Antique, Islamic and Byzantine Studies programme may also apply, though priority may be given to those applying for the programmes listed above
The scholarship deadline is 23:59 BST 5th April 2019.

Please note that, following the submission of an application for admission, it can take up to five working days for all system checks to be completed and for access to be granted.
