The Business Innovation Scholarship 2020 is offered for students planning to pursue their undergraduate studies in Commerce at the university. The value of the scholarship is up to $9,000 paid as $1,500 towards the cost of student tuition fees each semester. Curtin was conferred university status after legislation was passed by the Parliament of Western Australia in 1986.
