Hong Kong Research Grants Council (RGC) was established in 2009 and the aim of Hong Kong PhD Fellowship is to invite international students from around the world to take a PhD degree programm in Hong Kong’s Institutions. More than 250 PhD Fellowships will be awarded in the 2020/21 academic year. Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme for International Students is open for International Students . The scholarship allows PhD level programm(s) in the field of All Subjects Subjects available at participating institutions taught at City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University(HKBU), Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Lingnan University, The Hong Kong Institute of Education, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, The university of Hong Kong .
