The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) – Singapore 2025 is a prestigious and fully funded doctoral scholarship for international students wishing to pursue a PhD in science and engineering in Singapore. SINGA Scholarship Description Partners: This scholarship is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), the Singapore Management University (SMU), and the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). Fields of Study: Biomedicine, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, and Related Technologies. Duration: Up to 4 years (48 months) of PhD studies. Language: The doctoral program is entirely in English. Research Location: Students complete their doctoral research in a laboratory selected from A*STAR institutes or partner universities (NTU, NUS, SUTD, SMU, SIT). Degree: Upon completion of the program, a PhD or Doctor of Engineering (EngD) degree is awarded by one of the partner universities. Eligibility Requirements Be an international student with an excellent undergraduate and/or master's academic record. Be highly motivated to pursue doctoral research. Be proficient in English.
