Excellence Scholarship The ETH Zurich Scholarship & Opportunity Program (ESOP) for 2025-2026 is a full-tuition scholarship for international master's students. It covers full tuition and living expenses, with a stipend of approximately CHF 12,000 per semester for accommodation, food, and other living costs. This scholarship is awarded for the normal duration of the master's program (usually three or four semesters) and also includes mentoring and access to the ETH Foundation network.
