Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Scholarships 2025-2026 are fully funded scholarships for international students. These scholarships are available for masters and PhD. These scholarships will provide 1350€ per month. Additional lump sum payments of 100€ to cover research costs and further health care subsidies are also available. In addition to financial support, recipients have access to a wide range of educational and political activities organized by the foundation, such as seminars, workshops, training in time management, rhetoric, and conflict management, as well as study trips and summer schools. The goal is to strengthen not only students' academic skills but also their social and political engagement. Applicants must demonstrate excellent academic standing, social or political engagement consistent with the foundation's values ​​(democracy, social justice, solidarity), and a good command of German (minimum B2 level) and English. The scholarship is open to all fields of study, with the exception of medicine, dentistry, and veterinary medicine.
