The University of Tasmania scholarship for 2025-2026 is primarily aimed at Master's and Doctoral (Higher Degree by Research) students. It is generally fully funded, covering tuition fees, an annual living allowance of approximately AUD 33,511, and relocation assistance of up to AUD 2,000. The standard duration for a PhD is 3.5 years and for a Research Master's degree, 2 years, with no possibility of extension. In addition, the university also offers partial scholarships for Bachelor's and Master's degree programs, with, for example, a 25% reduction on tuition fees for the entire duration of the program, intended for international students starting their studies at the university.
