The University of Tsukuba MEXT Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded scholarship provided by the Japanese government (MEXT) for international students to pursue a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree at the University of Tsukuba. It covers tuition fees, a monthly living expenses allowance, round-trip airfare, and medical insurance. Applications can be made through two channels: recommendation by the Japanese embassy in the candidate's home country, with an application period between April and July 2025, and recommendation by the university, with an online application between November and December 2025.
