Frankfurt School’s organisation structure is designed to fulfil a number of objectives: adhering to the highest academic and quality standards, responding flexibly to new challenges, generating added value and optimizing synergies between the business school’s activities on behalf of students, graduates and clients.

Professor Dr. Nils Stieglitz is President and Managing Director of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Together with the following directors, vice presidents and the Head of Finance & Administration they constitute the Executive Board. Frankfurt School is fully owned by the Finance & Management Foundation. The foundation’s Board of Trustees advises, supports and of course also controls.
