IRP – International Foundation For Research – Switzerland

The International Foundation for Research in Paraplegia (IRP) was established on June 22, 1995, in Geneva, Switzerland. Its primary aim is to support fundamental and clinical research focused on the regeneration of the central nervous system, neuroprotection, and functional recovery for spinal cord injuries. The foundation is committed to advancing scientific knowledge and finding effective treatments that can improve the quality of life for individuals with paraplegia.
