Presidential Leadership

The institution's leadership has played a pivotal role in its development and success. Dr. Danny O'Hare, the founding president, led DCU for 22 years until his retirement in 1999. Following his tenure, Professor Albert Pratt served as acting president, paving the way for Professor Ferdinand von Prondzynski's appointment.
